Product Introduction
An aquatic feed pellet machine presses mixed feed powder into firm, uniform pellets for fish, shrimp and crab. It is the core machine in an aquatic feed production line, turning prepared mash into finished aqua feed.
Pelletizing is one step in a longer process: material is ground and mixed before pelleting, then cooled and screened after it. The pellet machine sits between these stages, so its capacity and die specification need to match the whole line. Typical users are fish feed producers, shrimp and crab feed plants, and integrated aquaculture farms.
The SZLH series covers 0.5–28 t/h and produces pellets from 1 to 6 mm. Double-layer or three-layer stainless steel conditioners are available, and different model sizes serve medium-sized feed plants and larger commercial projects.

Product Advantages
The aquatic feed pellet machine uses a stainless steel conditioning system. Double-layer and three-layer conditioners are available, so conditioning can be matched to each feed formula and species.
The main drive uses a high-accuracy gearbox. It supports efficient, stable operation and keeps pellet forming consistent.
A frequency-controlled feeder controls how much material enters the die. Feeding stays even, and overload protection protects the machine when the load rises.
Ring dies can be changed to produce pellets from 1 to 6 mm. One machine then covers different species, growth stages and feed formulas.
The optimized pelletizing structure spreads material evenly in the die. Pellets come out dense and water-stable, so the feed holds its shape in water instead of dissolving.

Production Process
The aquatic feed pellet machine sits in the middle of the production line. Raw materials are ground and mixed before pelleting. Inside the machine, the mash is conditioned in a stainless steel conditioner, then pressed through the ring die into pellets. After pelleting, pellets are cooled, screened to remove fines, and sent to packaging. Every step feeds the next, so the pellet machine has to match the capacity of the whole line.
